2-5 business days for processing (will do my best to be the quickest as possible, but remember items are made once order is placed to ensure I make it exactly how you would like.) If you order a large quantity of an item, please understand that the processing time will be a bit longer. Items will be shipped out on the immediate business day following the processing.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges will only be considered in special circumstances. If a refund is given, the item must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent. The item must be received by me within a five business day time period, the time starts once piece has arrived. I must be contacted before shipping the item back to me. Please note, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.
